By accessing and placing an order with Organic Nepal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Product Orders and Delivery

2.1 Order Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time
• Orders may be canceled if products are not available, out of season, or do not meet our quality standards

2.2 Delivery Terms

• Delivery is currently available in Gorkha and Tanahun districts
• Minimum order values apply for delivery service
• Delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal conditions
• We may need to substitute items in case of unavailability, with prior notification

3. Product Quality and Returns

3.1 Quality Guarantee

• All products are guaranteed fresh at the time of delivery
• We maintain strict organic farming standards and quality control
• Products are harvested and delivered within the shortest possible timeframe

3.2 Return Policy

• Products must be inspected at the time of delivery
• Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Eligible products will be replaced or refunded as appropriate
• Returns are not accepted for perishable items after acceptance at delivery

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are in Nepali Rupees and include applicable taxes
• Prices may vary based on seasonal availability
• Bulk order prices are subject to separate agreements
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods include cash, mobile payments, and bank transfers
• For business clients, credit terms may be available subject to approval

5. Training and Consultation Services

5.1 Booking and Cancellation

• Advance booking is required for all training sessions and consultations
• 48-hour notice is required for cancellation
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

5.2 Service Delivery

• Training content and duration are as specified in the service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify training content to suit seasonal conditions
• Consultation advice is provided based on best organic farming practices

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 General Conduct

• Users must provide accurate information when placing orders
• Abusive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated
• Users must follow farm visit guidelines when on premises

6.2 Business Clients

• Must maintain agreed-upon order schedules
• Required to provide advance notice for order modifications
• Must adhere to payment terms as agreed

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Organic Nepal and protected by copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any crop failure or product shortage due to natural causes
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
